HOME STAY PAYMENT POLICIES:

* Upon submission of Application, a security deposit of $250.00 should be paid by Bank Transfer to SIH U.S. local Bank of America. Payment can be also paid by Credit Card (Processing Fee applies $50). First Come,First Serve of the closest home stay to the school. After the payment has been received, the host family profile will be send immediately by email and reserved. Security deposit will be used for damages, cleaning fees, missing items at the homestay and will be use for each week of  late fees of $50 if homestay payment has been overdue. We wisely advice the students to pay in advance for the next months of homestay to avoid late fees of $50.00 per week.  Advance payments will be returned if the student gives 30 days notice of moving out.
* Cancelaltion fees of $100.00 applies after host famiies profiles has been sent & reserved for the student. A week cancellation will be no refunds.
* ALL monthly Home stay Fees should be paid through SIH in advance or every 4 weeks basis by Bank Transfers or Credit Card payment before the due date of home stay every 4 weeks. Late monthly payments will be charged $50.00 per week. For advance Home stay payments cancellation will be refunded after 30 days and a $50 processing fee will apply.

$ 800.00-Per 4 Weeks "With Meal Plan" Private Room with 2 Meals; Self-prepared Continental Breakfast & Dinner served by Host Family, Furnished with Bed, Study Desk, Chair and Lamp.
$ 700.00-Per 4 Weeks "No Meal Plan" Private Room furnished with Bed, Study Desk, Chair and Lamp. Use of Kitchen.

* $700/sharing room with 2 meals every 4 weeks; Furnished with Beds, Study Desk, Chair, Lamp, Free Internet and electric and water.

* $600/sharing room without meals, use of kitchen, Furnished with Beds, Study Desks, Chairs, Lamps, Free Internet, electric and water.


$ 250.00-Security Deposit (Refundable when student moved out after 30 days starting from the Last Day of Home stay). Refund payment will be mailed out to the new forwarding address in the US. Refunds send to international address will be send by International money order and a $20.00 fee will be deducted from the deposit.

$ 200.00-Homestay Agency Placement Fee ( Non-Refundable)

$ 75.00-Airport Pick-Up (Door to Door Service; From Airport,Show the School location and Bus Stops from School to Home stay. All Students will be given a Bus Schedules and Map Location upon arrival).

* $100.00 - After Late Hours arrival (9:00 pm until 12:00 Midnight)
Airport Pick-Up or Drop-Off.
* $100.00 - Early Arrival (6:00am until 9:00am) Airport Pick-Up or Drop-Off.

* SHORT TERM STAY are different prices for each week!
(7 days stay, 14 days stay & 21 days stay)
* SPECIAL GROUP OR SUMMER GROUPS different prices depending on schedules!

* Minor Students are different prices depending on the requests!
