| HOMESTAY PAYMENTS: |
STUDENT INTERNATIONAL HOUSING, INC.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A) S.I.H. will provide host families to all incoming students as single placements, private bedroom, furnished, study desk, towels, bed linens, shared bathroom and all utilities included.
B) All homestay placements will be paid to S.I.H. directly by the students.
C) $800 Homestay with meals program includes private bedroom with furniture, study desk, towels, bed linens and utilities, self prepared breakfast and dinner served by the hostfamily. The student will pay the rent to S.I.H. directly each four weeks or in advance payment. (* Please be aware that there will be a $50 late fee if the payment is made late each week).
D) $700 Homestay without meals program includes private bedroom with furniture, study desk, towels, bed linens and utilities. Student will prepare own meals using the kitchen at all times. The student will pay the rent to S.I.H. directly each four weeks or in advance. (* Please be aware that there will be a $50 late fee if the payment is made late each week.)
E) There is a security deposit of $250.00 for any damages, breakage in the house, long distance calls that was made or any things that was taken out of the house. S.I.H. will hold the security deposit and will be returned after 21 days of the last day of the move out date of the students. The student shall give the hostfamily a 30 days notice written to leave. Starting from the first day of notice and the rest of the remaining days will be paid daily. Without such notice,” No refund” will be given back. Late homestay weekly payments will be deducted from the security deposit of $50.00 per week if the student homestay payment is overdue.
